Service Description

FastSolarExit ("we," "us," "our") operates an attorney matching service that connects homeowners seeking solar contract cancellation with licensed attorneys and consumer advocacy organizations ("Partners"). We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We facilitate introductions between consumers and qualified legal professionals.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of FastSolarExit.com and submission of information through our forms does not create an attorney-client relationship with FastSolarExit or any of our Partners. An attorney-client relationship is only established when you directly engage with a Partner and execute a representation agreement.

Free Service

There is no cost to you for using FastSolarExit's matching service. Your initial case evaluation through our Partner network is provided at no charge and with no obligation. Any fees for legal representation will be discussed directly between you and the matched attorney or Partner.

Consent to Communications

By submitting the form on our website, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by FastSolarExit and its network Partners by SMS, email, and telephone (including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice messages) at the phone number and email address you provided, even if your telephone number is listed on any state or federal Do-Not-Call list.

You understand and agree that this consent is not a condition of receiving our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our service. You represent that you are the owner or authorized party on the solar contract you are seeking to evaluate. You agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or false information.

Document Submission

By submitting photographs or copies of your solar bill, solar contract, or other documents, you grant FastSolarExit permission to: (1) store and process these documents; (2) use automated technology to extract relevant information; and (3) share these documents with the Partner matched to your case.

No Guarantee of Results

FastSolarExit does not guarantee any specific outcome regarding your solar contract. Whether your contract can be cancelled, and under what terms, depends on the specific facts of your case, applicable state and federal law, and the actions of the solar company involved. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

FastSolarExit provides a matching service only. We are not responsible for the actions, advice, or outcomes provided by our Partner attorneys or organizations. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is zero, as our matching service is free).

Intellectual Property

All content on FastSolarExit.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FastSolarExit and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
